I am posing this question to the short-sale pro's here on this forum.

I have been doing short-sales for about 9-months now and have been able to close a few deals and pocket some nice change! However I have only got about 1 in 20 of my offers to be accepted within my investors parameter (75% of FMV - Reapirs). I have develped a marketing system that has begun to bring me in more leads than I know what to do with! I am looking for a way to screen these leads so as to make my time more effective and close more deals per offers.

I have seen on other posts in this forum that FHA must accept 82% of BPO and entertain short-sale? Well if that is true should I focus on FHA? I have plenty of those FHA leads.

Any and all advise would be ggreatly appreciated!

Hi. I like FHA deals because I know what their parameters are - they do accept 82% of the BPO value. I don't know if you should focus on FHA, but I would definitely try to work with them. Hope this helps!
