Question On Recording Warranty Deed To Trustee

Is it normal for the summary of the deed recorded to say the second party as the trustee's name instead of the trust's name? On the county clerk's website it states the trustee as the second party and previous homeowner as the first party. I would have assumed the second party would be listed as the Trust itself, just curious.

I know that our trust in Hawai'i county has the trustees listed as the "owners".
