I have my first short sale deal with HomeEq, anybody has an experience with them that can help me speed the process?

sorry , but i didnt understand your question.
The mortgage holder is homeq servicing. the property located in E. stradsburg pa, and has an auction date for july. The house worth about 200.000 and they have first mortgage for 150.000 and second for 46.000 both by the same bank - homeq servicing. I called one of the real estate brokers to get some information, and they said that the market is simply dead.

I've done a few with HomEq. Just give it what it wants, when it wants, and be prepared to give it to it again. Make certain all parties are patient.
