Im looking to get all my bookkeeping organized into one or two programs. I have heard everything from using MS Excell to using qucken for landlords program to quickbooks. Which one is best or is a combination of them best? I have a few rental properties in seperate LLC's and flip between 10-15 properties a year in my LLC thats taxed as an S-Corp. I was thinking of gettting the Quicken "for Landlords" for my rental properties and then just Quickbooks or regular Quicken for my Flips? What do you guys use? Thanks
