Does anyone here have experience buying tax liens in Clark Country, NV? I understand there is a two year redemption period on which interest is accrued (12% a year). I think this would be a great investment.
I've never been to a tax lien sale. Are there any tips on what I should do before the sale? Anyone on here going as well that would be willing to mentor me? (Sale is on Jan 30)
Just curious are there alot of properties going to sale?
There are about 80 for my county and about 80 more for a neighboring county. I don't know if that constitutes a lot

I was in Las vegas recently and went to the court house to check out the situation. It looks like it is very competitive and the next auction is in April. The list is published in the local paper 3 weeks before the sale. Good Luck!
