Quit Claim Deed Help

Does any one out here have any mock or sample forms that they send to previous owners when trying to obtain a quit claim? Not the deed itself but a letter or something to go along with the deed that explains that you will give them $250 or whatever amount if they sign & get notarized. This is for a vacant parcel of land & not an occupied SFD. Previous owners live out of town.

I do. Send me your email and I'll forward it on to you. It's not the most polished form but we've had success using it through the years. Picked up a couple more properties in the past months for $300 total.

But if the land isn't facing tax forclosure send a better offer than $250 because there are owners who don't care about their property and then there are those who see it as a hassle but won't give it away.
