Due Diligence Company In Georgia

Someone told me about this company based in GA and I was wondering if anyone else has used them. They are called GT Research and their site is ****Must participate a while before posting URL's*** It looks like they do all of the research for all of the sales so I wouldn't have to pay an abstractor or title search company for each property I want to look into. Plus they take pictures of the properties, which would be great so I am not buying sight unseen! Just because it sounds good on paper certainly does not mean it is a good deal!!! Anyhow, does anyone have any experience in this area or with this or other companies of this sort? Thanks!

There are a few companies who do the same type of work here in SA. They do it for the tax sale and the mortgage sales. Here each sale is every month on the first Tuesday. The info is not bad, but I would not rely 100% on it. I dont subscribe because I have someone who helps with research and when it is slow, she also cleans the house, and picks up my dry cleaning, etc. When the time comes to close, I do a title search or title policy anyway.

I personally like to have the info before anyone else does. The sales of the info get out to everybody at the same time. It is kinda like reading something in the Wall Street Journal. By the time it hits the newsstands, everybody knows. I want to know before. That is why I do my own research or have someone do it for me personally.
