I have been reading more and more about Tax Deeds/Liens the last couple of months and I just sold one of my properties. I would like to find someone looking for a partner or someone who would like to mentor me.
I have been investing the last couple of years in Foreclosed properties (Flipping) but I am looking for a change.
Here is a little background.
I am a licensed Realtor in the State of Washington. I graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Washington. I have an extensive background in Sales. I would like to begin to build a portfolio with more income producing properties.
I would greatly appeciate anyone who would consider guiding me with this new venture.
