what should the affadavid look like that goes to the collectors office to notify them that the letters have been sent to all persons interested in the property and do i send it out the same days the others by registered letter does the date on the letter get set one day in advance due to mailing time so they get the full 90 days

Each county in missouri has leeway in making their own affidavids so get one from your county collector.
