I have a small strip center (6,500 s.f.) and would love to have an insurance agency as a tenant. I think it would be a perfect spot for them, but I'm having trouble finding out the most effective way to get the word to them. Any suggestions?

Google PIA and IIA. You could also look to some of the "captive" companies (Nationwide, St. Farm, etc...) [addsig]

You could hire a broker to market your space to that sort of business, however then you have to pay a commission to the broker.

Brokers typically just put a sign in front of a property then wait for the phone to ring. You need to do any direct marketing yourself.
