Welcome. I have an lending company waiting to loan me money on some foreclosures in the area. With my credit score being under 630 I am unable to borrow. All I need is someone with NO cash but a credit score of at least 630. Such a person would recieve a percentage of equity & rents.
Also, the lender reserches the property's value, marketability etc. before they will consider doing the loan. Rare lender but the money is nice.
