What if I have a State-Wide Program??

By purchasing viewing impressions rather than a per month fee, it is more cost effective. Why should you pay to advertise yourself if you are not getting clicked on? If you have a program that is only available in one state, you should pay less because you only are in one state. With our impression system, the impressions should last you a very long time on a state-wide program because people looking for state-wide programs are less than nation-wide.

Can I add more impressions on a program that is using up more impressions??

Our impression system allows you to purchase as many impressions as you want and to contribute impressions where they are needed the most. If you have two programs and program #1 is using 2x the amount of impressions as program #2, you should keep this in mind when you order more impressions.

What happens when I run out of impressions??

You will be notified from our server that your specific program is running out of impressions and that more impressions should be added. You can either delete the program from our database to stop receiving the emails or purchase more impressions.

How do I get my name out more often than the other lenders??

Besides updating your interest rates more frequently than the other lenders, you may purchase normal advertising at our website, as well to get your name in front of your audience more than the other lenders. How do I start receiving leads??

  1. First, if you don't already have a membership with us, you can create a user account by clicking here. Membership is FREE.
  2. After you login, click on the clipboard 'My Info' icon
  3. On the 'My Info' select Mortgage Broker as your occupation and click 'Save Changes' when finished.
  4. Once you have the Occupation of Mortgage Broker, you will see an extra icon on your home page that says 'My Lending Programs'
  5. Click on the 'My Lending Programs' to start adding your programs in.
  6. Once you are finished adding in your programs, order your impressions and you will be in our database.
