Everytime you rehab, 1of your most important concerns is "how most is going to cost"? If you live in one of the larger cities, there's generally a Home Depo or Sears or Lowes nearby for you to purchase your materials. When doing a major rehab, or a few thousand or more dollars in materials here's a "out of the box" way for you to save up to 20% on those costs on all your jobs! We all know

of a company that sells anything on the web -Ebay. What few people realize is on a regular basis people are selling gift cards of the above names on a daily basis -AT A DISCOUNT to there face value - selling at up to 20% off their face value on the site! Even if your doing small jobs for youself, consider it. Most people are selling cards of smaller amounts. There are some of several hundred $$ each. Most of the above listed retailers sell cards that do not have expire dates or have deductions - if not used immediately.

This does require some advance planning and effort on your part. If your doing this kind of work on a regular basis, the savings add up quickly. It may work for you as well!
