CNN has the Third Quarter statistics of the US houseing Market.
45 Cities had booming real estate prices, due to the low interest rates. We don't know if the housing prices will continue to skyrocket or not. But there is one thing for sure, some of the houses in these
cities are expensive.
The average house in the OC (Orange County) is now $643,600. THIS IS THE AVERAGE PRICE HOUSE.
According to the CNN article the average house in the US gained 7.7 percent. The average house costs $188,500.
