As a professional you will want to learn all you can about your profession and this simply will give you the upper hand over your competition!
Find a local investment club in your area.
This is a great source for learning you market area and no matter your experience level you will learn from others by just attending the meetings along with any training classes they may hold.
Evaluate the books, articles and information you have seen, pick a source and start
reading.
A great source of information is your public library for books and information on foreclosure investing. Your next source is used book stores and flea markets for discounted books and as a last resort you can buy new books on foreclosure investing at your local book store but you will have to pay retail and as an investor you want to avoid paying retail for any thing!

Print articles that have solid information and save them.
