Most of us know that buy shopping around we can find a good deal. As investors we shop around for mortgages. If you have been in need of a hard to find loan then you know how hard it can be to find a lender outside of the box.

I see a lot of post from people on real estate investing websites claiming that they can fund all kinds of crazy deals. Some of it is simply new loan officers who do not know any better. Some is from loan officers that hope you will be able to come up with more of a down payment before closing. Not honest but not criminal. But some of the posters have no intention of getting you a loan. They are after you personal information.

They will email you al kinds of great info about what they can do then they will email you

Before you fill one of these out and send it to someone be sure that you know who your dealing with.

So next time you see “100% Investor Financing, Credit Scores not a issue.” Ask yourself if it sounds to good to be true before you give up a lot of personal info.
