As a Real Estate agent in Cape Coral Florida and owner of my company, I spend about 7 hours a day on the computer. So while not an expert on operating systems, I have gleaned information from many reputable sources. I am summing up some 20 hours of research for you in a very few non Technical terms.

1. If you have a web site, check first to see if your site is FULLY compatable with Vista. Ask twice.

2. Check to see if your hardware will work on vista. They have a software check for this.

3. Be prepared for bugs in Vista. While not a guarantee, I would say that every system ever out had serious bugs at the beginning.

4. If you belong to the MLS, check with them to make sure Explorer 7 is fully compatible. Ask a couple of techs to make sure.

All in all, I would reccomend to Realtors to wait until the first release of a patch, fixerupper, sp1 or whatever they want to name the bug fixes.

Hope that helps!
