Listing on www.PropBot.com is great for Internet exposure. But there is a big gap that sellers/landlord/property managers would be missing if they just listed their property on the Internet and left it at that. This is of course, local advertising.
What I mean by local advertising, is signs in the yard. Signs in the yards will always bring calls to your phone. What we don't want to do is tie up our precious time with unwanted
buyers/renters. www.PropBot.com is a great way to allow the potential renter/buyer to visit your property without having to even step inside.
Since www.PropBot.com allows up to 6 pictures per Interior, and 6 pictures per Exterior, the website allows your local prospects to visit www.PropBot.com, type in your Property's Unique ID, and receive much more information about the property than you ever could talk to them over the phone. Best of all, it allows them to schedule a showing of the property that is convenient for them.
