www.PropBot.com is an effective tool for property searches, but the properties that it brings back is only as good as the information that is provided.

When you add in your property listing to www.PropBot.com, it weighs your property based on how much you provide. This means, if I am a lazy property lister, and don't put much effort into making it a complete listing, I will probably receive a lower ranking on www.PropBot.com because of it. But by describing

the property in detail in addition to providing Photos and Files about the property, I have more content, and more content means a higher listing.

The majority of people listing their properties on the Internet is full of lazy people who want to sell/rent their property out, but don't put much into the property listing. This causes users to contact you for more information about the property listing, when you didn't need to talk to to begin with. Remember, you most precious asset you have is time. Don't waste time talking with buyers/renters that you didn't need to talk to.

On www.PropBot.com, add in as much information about your property listing as you have available. Add in as many Photos as you have available. The more you add the higher you rank. The higher you rank, the better your property will be sold/rented faster.
