Everybody knows that Real Estate is all about location. So when you add in a property within the www.PropBot.com system, make sure you have nearby location hotspots, that your customers might type in.
If you are adding in a rental property that is near a university or school, make sure you add that in. Let's say your property is
near to UNC-Chapel Hill. You can add in the description like this:
"Our apartment is close to University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill."
This will allow your rental property to come up under several www.PropBot.com searches. "UNC Chapel Hill", "apartments near UNC", "Chapel Hill apartments", etc.
Everybody knows, the more searches that are done, and the chances of your property showing up in those searches is better for you.
Another hint is to monitor your property statistics. Property statistics will show you how many people clicked on your property as well as viewed the Interior of your Property. By combining statistics with your words, you should have a great property listing.
