Many users use www.PropBot.com just to sell or rent their house out. But by paying attention to what you put in your property listing will allow you to make sure your ranking is higher than your competitors.

www.Propbot.com works on text based algorithms as well as the standard searches for properties. So if your target market is typing in "homes near Chicago", you might need all of those words

within your description. Of course your description just can't be "home near Chicago", but since www.PropBot.com provides you with a 500 word description for exterior of your property, you might want it to be part of the description

What you have to remember, is that when you add in a property, www.PropBot.com will allow you a description of the exterior AND a description for the interior. (Land of course does not have an interior, therefore www.PropBot.com only provides one description area - the exterior.)

Not only do you want to describe the exterior, location and features of your property, but you also want to focus on describing your interior of your property as well. People might be looking for "granite countertops" or "stainless steel appliances" as a feature, and if you don't have it in your listing, you will be passed by.

Make sure your property listings on www.PropBot.com has complete descriptions, and you will receive more traffic to your property.

Word Cloud:
property href="http://www.propbot.com" only exterior description start auto-link have want bbcode receiving property, provides chicago", allow descriptions. titles sure might one) propbot.com just will near course ranking (part www.propbot.com' style='font-size:18px;color:#bbb'>target='_blank'>www.propbot.com
