Quick Start Real Estate Guide
I don't expect much for $19.95 and that's exactly what I got! Not much! This ebook is unbelievably short, disorganized, and full of fluff. It's merely a weak attempt at soliciting ground partners. There is no real explanation of what an equity holding trust is or how to put one together. The term "tenant-buyer" is repeatedly used incorrectly since there actually is no "tenant-buyer" involved. Don't waste your time or money.
