PAES Basic v1.0
Upon using PAES Basic v1.0, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the product. You are guided to include every item you might otherwise overlook. Another feature I like is the ability to edit/change entries in order to enter unchangeable or fixed expenses (i.e.: seller's lowest acceptable price) to see if it is a do-able deal. It can be used as a tool to convince a banker that his REO is only worth what the program says. Good job, Carlos.!
